Terms of Service

Welcome to Easy Detailing, a division of Growth Marketing Solutions Inc. By booking a service with us or visiting our website (www.easydetailing.ca), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Offered

We provide mobile car detailing services throughout Etobicoke and the Toronto region. All services are performed at the location specified by the customer.

2. Appointments & Payments

Appointments are booked through our online system powered by Norbyta (Our CRM Software Powered By Go High Level)

Payment can be made in person or online via Stripe.We do not currently charge cancellation or rescheduling fees, but we appreciate as much notice as possible for changes. We reserve the right to decline service if a customer is repeatedly late, unreachable, or no-shows.

3. Refunds & Satisfaction

Refunds are only provided under the following conditions:

- If physical damage was caused to your vehicle during the detailing process.

- If the results do not meet clearly outlined expectations agreed upon before the service.

To improve this policy, we may soon introduce a satisfaction follow-up within 24 hours to review results. If you're dissatisfied, we’ll do our best to make it right with a follow-up service or partial refund.

Note: Add-on services (such as pet hair removal or steam cleaning) are non-refundable once rendered.

4. Photos and Marketing

We may take before and after photos of your vehicle, but only with your verbal or written approval. These images may be used for marketing purposes on our website or social media.

5. Liability

Easy Detailing is not liable for pre-existing damage or for any valuables left inside the vehicle. Clients are encouraged to remove personal belongings prior to service.

6. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
